Our beautiful kitchen was fitted in April/May of this year and I do apologise for not sending a review earlier. Colman Bros fitted our previous kitchen in Weston which we were really happy with. When we moved to Dorset we quickly realised that we would need to alter the existing kitchen footprint and have a new kitchen and utility. Knowing the quality of workmanship and the units/worktops, we asked Colman Bros if they would be interested. Fortunately for us, they were. We now have a super quality kitchen and utility room that totally fits our requirements. A big thank you to Alex and Robert for lodging in Sturminster Newton to carry out the installation. I have bought many new kitchens in my history of renovating and moving home but my experience with Colman Brothers is by far the best. Firstly their selection of cabinetry and colours was great. I’d been to several kitchen brands and they didn’t have quite what I wanted despite being national retailers. Darren came out to see my kitchen and discussed design options in depth. I wanted to retain a few appliances that were fairly new and they supplied the additional ones I wanted at good prices. I had a budget I wanted to keep to and Darren worked with me on all the options I had to make it work for me. In the end I did go for some of the upgrade options as the kitchen will be here for a very long time. At no point was there any hard sales (or even sales), they simply guide you through everything and every decision is yours. I received a schedule of works before everything began and this was kept to throughout. Darren organised all the trades and met everyone on site to ensure they knew exactly what they were doing. Alex, the other half of the brother duo excels at the installation. Quietly efficient, fantastic finish and knows his job inside out and his craftsmanship shows. He and his son were a pleasure to work with and left my home clean and tidy every day. I believe the quality of the cabinets and whole installation process is far superior to the national retailers I looked at. Colman Bros were recommended to us, for which we are very grateful. We needed our kitchen and an en suite completely refitted. The job was project managed by Darren (who gave us very good advice) and carried out by him and his brother and team to a very high standard. Because our house is 1930's build they encountered some structural problems which they resolved extremely well. They did a 1st class job, finished on time and left the place pristine. We highly recommend them.

They are very professional and have a really good work ethic. They booked for two days but managed it in just one. They forgot some hinges but there was no fuss Paul went off to get them whilst Darren carried on. I’d recommend them to anyone. They listen to the customer , dont do the hard sell, advise on everything and even 6 months after the kitchen was in and I realised where I hadn't wanted a door I actually did it wasn't to much trouble for them and it was added within weeks. From the design which i had dreamed of, to the Installation, to the after care everything was so professional and the team friendly and helpful. The kitchen is of such good quality and everything I imagined. Excellent service excellent company.
